Sacred Hearts Farms

SHC Farms is an upcoming flagship initiative of Sacred Heart Charities, created to foster sustainable agriculture, local economic empowerment, and environmental education in the rural communities we serve. This farm will operate as both a working agricultural hub and a space for hands-on learning.

At its core, SHC Farms will grow fresh, locally sourced produce while providing meaningful employment opportunities for local residents. It will also serve as an educational center, introducing youth to sustainable farming practices and offering a platform to rediscover and preserve the traditional uses of indigenous plants.

Beyond agriculture, SHC Farms will host farm stays, guided tours, and hands-on workshops for students and visitors—creating a dynamic and welcoming space where learning, livelihood, and tourism meet. Locally made goods such as honey, vinegar, soaps, and herbs will be produced on-site and sold through SHC’s partner outlets (Father D’s) , creating a sustainable value chain supporting farmers and artisans alike.

Through this initiative, we aim to cultivate more than just crops—we are growing knowledge, opportunity, and a renewed connection to the land that nourishes both body and community.
